1. On all mail order items, wait 10 days or for check to clear the bank
2. Items on credit card purchases will be sent promtly as soon as authorization is verified.
3. We reserve the right to refuse payment on any personal check without proper identification.
4. All items will be paid in full at time of purchase in U.S. funds, unless otherwise noted.
The following are are conditions regarding the sale of our coins and currency:
1. Seven Day Return Privilege (with a 10% restocking fee) on full retail sale and mail order items.
2. All Items must be returned in original holders with sales recipet. All items outside of original containers are considered sold.
3. All returned itens must be the same condition as they were sold.
4. Sales are considered final on all items discounted from there original sales price or that are offered as "Sales Price" or "Best Price" items. No refunds will be made or returns accepted on these items.
5. PPM reserves the right to refuse the return of items not complying with the first 4 terms.
6. All items remain the property of PPM until paid for in full and are sold as is.
7. Bullion related items may not be be returned due to ongoing market flucuations.
8. Grading standards are ANA Guidelines and common sense. Customer realizes that grading is subjective.
9. Payment must be in US funds drawn on a U.S. bank. Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express cards are accepted. We reserve the right to reject charge cards on any bullion related or discounted items.
10. Due to market fluctuations prices may be subject to change.
